Azerbaijani police keeps talishers in Lenkoran in fear

Azerbaijani police yesterday attacked Lenkoran where talish are living and did no allow all shias enter mosques. They attacked more than 40 people and transported to Baku.

In the evening a big military troop blockaded Lenkoran, seizing mosques, schools and banned talishers go to streets.

Why are they so aggressive against ethnic minorities. Currently Lenkoran is completely isolated from outside world. The mobile communication is not working, the electricity is being switched off periodically during the day. The number of militiants and police reaches few thousands.
