Lezgis conduct protest actions in Azerbaijan, clashes with police registered

Writer, publicist Bakur Karapetyan wrote in his Facebook page: "It has become clear from reliable sources that on April 28 in the lezgi-populated region Kusari bodies of 19 killed lezgi soldiers were brought. The lezgis conducted a protest action stating that they are not against Artsakh's independence and that it is not their war. During the protest actions clashes with police have been registered. A group of activists have been detained. The Baku authorities closed all the roads taking to Russia. It is reported that the relatives were given tens of bodies of ded soldiers killed at the Karabakh-Azerbaijani contact line. They are mainly ethnic minorities. Active protest actions started in Azerbaijani regions."
