Haykakan Zhamanak: Departures 'scale from Armenia alarming
Haykakan Zhamanak writes that Armenia’s National Statistics Service has published yesterday the official data of departures and arrivals of Armenian citizens for the past six months. The paper says in the mentioned period 1 million 17 thousand citizens departed from Armenia and 922 thousand arrived. The paper says the difference made more than 123 thousand, adding that it exceeds last year’s index with 30%.
Hraparak: Air Armenia to replace Armavia?

Hraparak: 236 million drams gathered for hail-stricken territories
The daily Hraparak writes that the donation for the farmers of Armavir who have completely lost their harvest as a result of heavy hail will end on August 1. The created foundation will end its activity on August 15. The paper says the governor of Armavir, MPs and beneficiaries will convene a consultation to discuss the format of distribution of the money. Zhoghovurd: Emigration scale reaches alarming point
Zhoghovurd writes that the migration scale from Armenia has reached an alarming point with about 39,897 people having left the country only by air in the first half of the running year. The paper says some 363 left from Zvartnots airport and some 330 arrived. About 19,693 people departed from Shirak airport and 12,339 arrived. The paper says it is only by air, while many leave the country by buses. The paper says the authorities are trying to postpone the publication of these sad figures.
Azg: Iran creates spy network in Azerbaijan?
Citing virtualaz.org Azg reports that Iran has created a ‘spy network’ in Azerbaijan.   The paper says the Iranian medical establishments in Azerbaijan have recently appeared in the focus of Azerbaijani special services. The paper says the reason of suspension of their activity is the implementation of spying activity.
Azg: Transport fee hike has no alternative
Azg writes that judging from the statement of the Yerevan mayor the suspension of transport fee hike is temporary. The paper says the urban authorities continue claiming that 150 drams’ fee has no alternative. The suspension of the decision has been aimed at working out all the mechanisms that will allow to review the decision on Yerevan passenger transportation fee.
