France Rouen: Fire kills 13 at birthday party in bar
A fire during a birthday party at a bar in the northern French city of Rouen has killed at least 13 people and injured six. Candles on a birthday cake started the fire at the Cuba Libre bar, which began around midnight on Saturday. Armenian prosecutor general steps down
Armenian Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan handed in a resignation on Thursday, his spokesperson has said, confirming earlier reports in the media.In post on Facebook, Christine Melkonyan said that Kostanyan announced the plan to step down at a board meeting at the Prosecutor General’s office. Armenian serviceman fatally wounded in Nagorno-Karabakh
A serviceman of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army was fatally wounded in a northern military post on Thursday morning. Nagorno-Karabakh’s Ministry of Defense reports the serviceman’s name, Vahan V Mikaelyan, 19. A probe has been launched into the circumstances. In an official statement released after the incident, the Ministry shares the grief of the heavy loss, extending its solidarity to the family and fellow servicemen of the deceased.

A serviceman of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army was wounded overnight by an Azerbaijani bullet in a defense post stationed in the country’s east. Member of Sasna Tsrer group undergoes surgery
One of the wounded member of Sasna Tsrer group is being operated on at Erebuni medical center. The other two have already undergone surgery, their situation is of average gravity. Earlier it has been reported that the armed opposition group which keeps patrol police regiment under control opened fire.
